WASHING FACILITIES

A washing machine is provided in every apartment. A real essential when you've got young families. Your own washing machine means no queuing at communal facilities.
A tumble dryer is also provided (in some apartments this may be a washer dryer).

We also have a clothes line if you prefer.
If you need an iron and board every apartment has one and we provide washing powder free of charge too!

KITCHEN FACILITIES

You're on holiday! We have provided a dishwasher (and dishwasher powder) to save you washing up.
As well as the normal fan oven/grill and hobs, there is a microwave too.
There's also a toaster and kettle as well as all the normal pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

GARDENS, PATIO & PLAY AREA

Directly outside the apartments is a patio with garden benches and a picnic table with sunshade. You can barbecue here or move around the corner to the other two barbeque areas. One of these lawns has great views over St Aubins Bay

Swings and a children's play area are provided away from the apartments so that the other visitors are not disturbed.

PARKING FACILITIES

Each apartment has one reserved parking space right next to the building. More parking space is available in the upper car park for visiting friends.

ENTERTAINMENT

All apartments have all of the UK Freeview + all of the Freesat channels + 10 French and one German Channel. All apartments have a DVD so if you have kids, you can bring DVD's to keep them entertained

TELEPHONE

Every apartment has a small desktop payphone in the sitting room.
Outgoing calls are cheaper then BT payphones and incoming calls are accepted.

HIGH SPEED INTERNET PORT

Every apartment has a Wi-fi access point which delivers high speed internet to your laptop or smartphone. This is completely free of charge

OTHER FACILITIES

High hairs and cots (travel cots) can be provided free of charge - please request these when booking.

Hairdryers are provided in all apartments.
